The Order Process

1. Choose Style

Each one of our pieces is completely unique to you and your pet, and that begins with your choice of style. We offer both standard and large-sized cloches, customized with your choice of base color. Our holiday bauble ornaments are the perfect choice for those looking for a special way to remember their pet during the holiday season.

2. Collect and Clean

Fur can be collected via brushing, or can be requested from your vet or groomer. The fur must be cleaned in a cold bath with shampoo, being cautious not to felt the fur. You can find the required amount needed, in weight, in the product description above, revealed by clicking the button overlaying the bottom of the product image.

3. Deposit and Ship

Once you have the required amount of fur cleaned and ready to be shipped, come on back here and start your order. Once you’ve paid the deposit we’ll email you a shipping label to send the fur our way.

4. We work our magic

Once your fur has arrived, we’ll contact you to get to work creating a one-of-a-kind work of art, made entirely by hand with love and care. This process takes anywhere from 10-14 days.

5. Final Payment and Delivery

Once complete We’ll send you photos of the finished work. With your satisfaction, instructions will be sent for you to finalize your order. The artwork will be securely packaged and sent to the address you provided.

Can you do this for human hair?

Yes, we can craft your keepsake using human hair, honouring the same care and creativity we offer for pets.

What’s the best way to collect the hair?

The fur can be collected by a groomer, vet, or via brushing. Please ensure the fur has been cleaned either by bathing or by washing the collected fur in a cold bath with pet shampoo. Allow the fur to air dry. Required quantities: Hanging ornament — 1.5 Oz, Small Cloche — 2 Oz, Standard Cloche — 2.5 Oz.

How does shipping work?

Postage for shipping is calculated at checkout. Once you’ve paid the deposit, you’ll be given a shipping label. Package the clean hair in a Ziploc bag, place it in an appropriate-sized box, affix the label and take the parcel to the carrier identified on the shipping label. You’ll receive a confirmation once we’ve received it. Once the artwork is done, you’ll be notified and instructed to make the final payment. We will then carefully package your order and send it on its way. This shipping is not included in the price and will be calculated with the order total.
